2. The base of your blog means on what things , topics your blog would revolve about , like if you are going to share softwares , tutorials , guides , games , drivers , movies etc etc

3. The name of your blog , which is the most important part , make a name which a user can remember easily , once a web name , domain is saved then if you change it later it would be of no use because google has stored your old domain so no one could get access to your blog via google search or any other search engine because of the old domain name being shown on pages .

GOOGLE ADSENSE :- It requires alot of patience as per google requirement your website should have loads of content about more than 50 posts , relevant posts , acc. to my perscription , or else it will be disapproved
